Description
Our reputable client is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. This professional should be able to keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. You will be responsible for planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Major responsibilities
Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly
Collaborate with technology and creative vendor partners in order to meet expectations on budget, deadlines and brand compliance
Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reports
Develop strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Share thought leadership and identify trends and insights with executive leadership
Create content that will engage the company's customers and partners
Improve user experience by supporting updates of the online customer portal
Identify opportunities to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
Create and implement digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
Establish and support the social media presence of the company
Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management
Requirements
Experience managing strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
A healthy mix of initiative and skill
Proficient in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Has a demonstrated ability in establishing digital brands with strong ROI
Must be skilled in communication and collaboration
Past participation in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)Experience in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
