Purpose of the role
Manage the commercial support of Nobel Biocare on the design and implementation of commercial offers, sales campaigns, customer communication through various media channels, management and development of e-commerce platforms in order to secure the off-line / online customer experience as well as to attract new leads. Ensure that content is managed proactively and continuous analysis is made to always improve customer experience and revenue generation. Finally, supporting regional / country leadership teams with internal communication.

Based on: Spain or Portugal (remote position)
Main accountabilities
Setup off line / on-line strategy for Nobel Biocare to attract leads and secure positive customer (internal & external) experience on our various channels such as social media, newsletter, e-blasts, website, webstore, private portal, online promotion, etc.
Set up, track and analyze sales campaign performance and define continuous improvement plans based on them.
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Optimize targeting, marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Work alongside other sales team and Product Specialists to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports sales goals.
Coordinate the development and distribution of external newsletter
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. Content creation can involve some translation and reviews.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
Host and feed the Nobel Biocare webpages and make sure that they are up-to-date in terms on content and bugs.
Own locally the Brand Guidelines and their diligent implementation by the organization
Monitor, analyze and report on a regular basis about the performance of off line / on line activities incl. KPI, Daily Management, visual management…
Develop documentation and processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
Align with sales team and product specialist to define relevant key words and user journey in support of campaigns
Support internal communication (townhalls, corporate communication, product / event communication)
Manage external agency support
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Marketing or equivalent college diploma in a relevant field.
Min 4 years' experience in digital marketing with an experience as business analysis, requirements management and e-commerce management, with a strong focus on campaign management and email marketing
Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish skills
Master level in e-marketing, business or related areas, and a good understanding of the digital marketing landscape
Experience working in a B2B and global environment
Strong customer-oriented skills, prioritization and planning to ensure successful execution of strategy and plans
Appreciate strategic as well as operational work
Ability to thrive in an autonomous, data driven role and the ability to multi-task effectively
Willingness to learn and passionate about digital.
Editorial and project management competences
5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and dashboard development
3 years of experience in mining and synthesizing large data sets to derive meaningful information and reports
3 year of experience of working with CMS and CRM platforms
Experience Google Analytics. SAP experience a plus
