Summary: The Digital Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for three key areas:
Subject matter expert of digital advertising mediums across various providers: Google, Social Platforms, and Bing – plus any other emerging platforms.
Audience Segmentation and Development
Digital Marketing data integrations, architecture, and reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct reports; however, you must possess excellent project management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills and provide leadership and strategic direction to the family of HAG dealerships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This role is a teammate in the Hendrick Automotive Group Marketing Department and serves as the primary/day-to-day relating to areas of responsibility in operational matters.
Primary functions include:
Subject matter expert for digital media while providing strategic thought/leadership to the organization.
Digital Marketing data integrations, architecture, and reporting.
Maintain and hold relationships with strategic partners at Google, Facebook, and Bing.
Share in responsibility with management of relationships with key vendor partners providing digital advertising services to the Hendrick Automotive Group family of dealerships.
Continue the development of our first-party data capabilities. Expand upon current practices in search, social, display, and email while creating segments of customers to which we can advertise specific messages.
Strategic data aggregation to help make our teammates smarter and faster. Better refine our data collection, analysis, and visualization for action items. Specifically focused on Big Query and Looker platforms.
Active Performance Management:
Collection of performance data, disseminating actionable insights, identifying potential challenges, sharing best practices, and supporting our Sr. Ad Managers to find spend efficiency/improve conversion/performance.
Liaison between the operational support team and the Sr. Ad Managers. Studying trends and pacing to help the Sr. Ad Managers make optimizations quicker.
