CRG Digital Marketing Manager
Thermo Fisher’s Clinical Research Group (CRG) is seeking an experienced digital marketing manager to help drive digital program execution for its website properties and its inbound media channels, including SEM, display, paid social, organic social, trade media, and more. This position will report into the CRG Marketing Strategy and Technology team and work very closely with the extended marketing team, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, digital communications and/or agencies to develop out this web content. The position is remotely based in the US.
Responsibilities:
Execute B2B digital marketing tactics and programs, with an emphasis on CRG’s website properties and inbound media channels.
Support management of web project intake requests. Coordinate keyword research and web content optimization projects with search engine optimization (SEO) vendor.
Partner with the inbound media lead and external media agency to execute paid digital media programs including audience targeting, ad creation, ad placement, measurement, optimization, etc.
Lead the execution of Account Based Marketing (ABM) digital media campaigns.
Coordinate webpage execution and inbound media execution with key stakeholders from across CRG Marketing on select web projects in project management tool (Workfront).
Assist with website campaign and form setup, management and tracking in the marketing automation tool (Hubspot).
Support the setup, analysis, and optimization of digital media campaigns in key Marketing Technology platforms, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
Use Google web analytics to review website content performance and help key stakeholders optimize their website content.
Coordinate organic social posts in partnership with Corporate Communications.
Desired Skills and Experience:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, or related field. MBA a plus.
2+ years of experience with B2B digital marketing, preferably for a CRO, life sciences or health care company.
Best practice knowledge of web page messaging, design, development, and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to work across a wide variety of stakeholders and needs.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
Familiarity with website analytics such as Google Analytics a plus to assess the performance and optimize website content, inbound media programs, etc.
