Description:

　　One of TEKsystems/Aston Carter's customers, a manufacturing company based in the Huntsville, AL market, is looking for an IT/Production Support Administrator. The specific duties are as follows... SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: • IT Project management to meet the company requirements. • Management IT personnel • Proposing Business Plan to optimize our workflow. • Implement, maintain, and update SAP and MES system. • Training users for SAP and MES • Budget control for IT department • Take possession of all Client/User/IT/Communication Concerns. • Investigate all computer issues for shop floor and office personnel. • Escalate problems of an urgent nature specifically in shipping and shop floor area. • Advance concerns to appropriate personnel when necessary. • Complete weekly report for DNC and DNUS. • Provide 24-hour computer support for the plant and the office • Make recommendations for system upgrades, hardware and software and all computer-related supplies. • Complete documentation for projects to be directed, liaise with project person and make necessary implementation of changes. • Maintain inventory list of IT equipment. • Provide support for all communication systems including telephone lines, cellular phones, cabling, telecommunication billing, fax, copier and ordering of services and supplies • Install and configure new systems and reallocate older systems. • Complete documentation for new procedures in all areas of responsibility and in the future, the Radio Frequency system. • Maintain effective security and virus protection system for server and desktop computers. • Meet daily with other departments to review current issues and tasks. • You are responsible for contributing to the achievement of the Quality Objectives. • Other all tasks and responsibilities related IT responsibility for the company

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: • Two-year degree or accredited certification in computer science or information technology • Minimum of two years’ experience in IT-related work. • Ability to troubleshoot networking technologies, both hardware and software issues • Experience with DOS and other legacy applications • Well versed in MS Office applications, Word, Excel, & Access • Knowledge of SAP, NYSUS, IT Network and Security System • Ability to provide efficient and effective user support for office and plant personnel • Superior problem-solving skills
