In the role as Digital Marketing Manager Benelux Retail & Online Marketing you will contribute to our purpose of bringing people closer. You will drive visibility, consideration & sell-out of the Jabra line-up of Bluetooth™ wireless earbuds across multiple funnels and multiple channels working with internal stakeholders, including Retail Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and more, as well as external agencies.
Here at GN Audio, we are looking to strengthen its Benelux Consumer Marketing Team, raising the bar to continue competing with some of the world’s largest consumer electronics companies. Consequently, we are looking for an experienced, self-directed, and result-driven digital marketing professional sought to drive strategy, development, implementation, and execution of a 360° marketing funnel approach for the Marketing department in the Benelux.
The Team You Will be Part of
You will join GN Audio's EMEA Marketing team and you will be reporting into the EMEA Marketing Director Retail & Online. The EMEA Marketing team includes around 8 team members throughout the EMEA region and is a part of the EMEA Retail Sales & Marketing Team.

You will be based in the Netherlands with flexibility to work from home or the Amsterdam office.
How we would like you to contribute:
The role requires a highly motivated and determined person, who is excited by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the marketing in the Benelux.
Plan, execute and evaluateonline and offline multi funnel and multi channel marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns including SoMe, Influencer Activities, Online Retailer Campaigning, POS advertising, Partnerships etc.
Collaborate with key retail partners with a strong focus on pure onliners
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (like Digital Media, PR, Sales) and external agencies through campaign development, design, and implementation.
Identify and execute innovative, creative and profitable opportunities to generate awareness, consideration and additional sell-out to expand market share.
Orchestrate rich and bar-raising regional messaging and content developmentand ensure that it is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like retailer pages, POS, promotional material, digital advertising etc.).
Develop metrics and measurements and use data rigorously to assess channel, funnel and campaign effectiveness to drive data-based decisions assuring an effective and profitable marketing mix.
Manage a Marketing calendar to ensure alignment with broader Marketing and organizationcalendars, and to ensurecampaignsarebeingdelivered in conjunction with promotional plans and business unit objectives.
Managethe Beneluxretail & online marketing budget with accountabilityfor return on investment (ROI)

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you
Have an academic degree at bachelor level (preferably Marketing or Business based).
Are experienced with retail online marketing activities for key players, SoMe campaigning and influencer activities.
Have excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, command of English and Dutch language is required.
Are an experienced digital marketer with proventrack record within the consumer market.
Have in-depth knowledge of 360° marketing funnel approaches and demonstrable experience in developing and implementing profitable marketing activities across multiple funnels and multiple channels.
Have an hands-on and can-do mentality.
Are a team player with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and data driven thinking.
Are experienced indrivingdirection and alignment with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Are experienced inusing data and metrics to measure impact and determineimprovements
