Description Robert Half is reviewing candidates for a Digital Marketing Manager role to place with our client. You could be the experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Manager for this position, if you understand the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. We're seeking someone who can make decisions, get the job done, and be good with people and details—all while keeping tight control over the bottom line. The Digital Marketing Manager leads digital improvement initiatives and partakes in digital transformation efforts. We are especially seeking candidates who have experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media with the ability to expand a brand's reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. Responsibilities
Preside over weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Present clear communications to the customer that are essential to their needs and life stage
Encourage more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Assure that the CRM plan is executed punctually and within budget
Create, recommend, generate, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; coupled with spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
Delegate take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Collaborate with product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to add to the customer journey & experience
Supervise a team of digital specialists as well as direct the digital strategy Requirements - Less than one year of experience required
Background in vendor management
Smart multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
Deep knowledge in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Remarkable track record in cultivating digital brands with strong ROI
Experience in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
Past managerial position
A balanced combination of skill, management experience and initiative
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM
Lifecycle marketing experience preferred
Paid Advertising experience
