  Job Description Summary

  Lamb Weston is a \$3B, global, Fortune 1000 company. We are looking fora passionate individual to lead the IT Center of Excellence. This personis responsible for transforming Lamb Weston by leading from an ITperspective and partnering with business leaders to create innovativeinitiatives. The primary purpose of this role is to manage activitiesassociated with software development in a business environment. Thisrole is responsible for management and development activities,feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment andimplementation of applications, systems, and programs.

  Position Responsibilities:

  Manages software development team and activities associated withproject development/implementation as assignedAssists in projecting software and hardware requirements acrossmultiple platforms and technologies; displays strong depth ofknowledge in specific business subject areasResponsible for feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, andthe establishment and implementation of new or revised applications,systems and programsConsults with and directs colleagues in other information systemssections to coordinate activitiesPrepares and provides activity and progress reports to managementregarding the activities of the applications systems and programmingsectionManages development colleagues including answering questions,setting priorities, establishing goals and meeting deadlinesResponsible for managing timely deliverables for assigned projects,including serving in role of project manager as assignedDefines projects through research and discussions or meetings withcorporate management, business partners and clientsMonitors and maintains data integrity.Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  Position Qualifications:

  BS in Computer Science or related field preferred10+ years of experience in delivering and supporting applicationenvironmentsSuperior analytical and modeling skills including demonstratedexperience analyzing and interpreting complex architectural modelsfrom numerous sources, synthesizing reports and viewpoints, anddealing with challenges creatively.Exceptional organizational skills and experience working in a highvolume and demanding professional environment with a capacity toprioritize competing demands and achieve results with a customerfocused approach.Superior interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills withextensive experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders andcustomers to negotia e and achieve optimal business outcomes.Strongly preferred skill set in Manufacturing or Food and BeverageIndustryAbility for 25% travelIndustry-Competitive Benefits
