　　This position is responsible for the Setup process for the SureSmile Digital Lab for Costa Rica, with main focus on the Customers from Germany.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Link 3D models to images and X-rays, apply tooth feature points and ship 3D models to practices for review.

　　Produce orthodontic set-up’s digitally for treatment with fixed appliances, using proprietary software.

　　Inspect incoming set-up request regarding feasibility and consistency.

　　Set-up the teeth according to the request of the clinician and MACROS instructions.

　　Check and correct the design of the arch wires that are created digitally before bending them physically; and

　　Indirect or direct communication with the customer (orthodontists) may be required if incoming data or requests are not sufficient for processing.

　　Participate in team building and interdepartmental communication meetings.

　　Meet and exceed all minimum production requirements designated by the Digital Lab Manager

　　Maintain and renew all DL certifications annually.

　　Assist Customer Care in supporting clients with calls related to the cases processed by technician.

　　Other duties and responsibilities not specifically described may be assigned from time to time at supervisor’s discretion.

　　Typical Background:

　　The position can be based in Costa Rica, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, South Africa or Argentina.

　　High School diploma or equivalent.

　　Fluent in English plus German is a must.

　　Qualifications for this role include proficiency with computer systems, software, and general computer skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable and skilled in using various computer applications and tools to efficiently perform their job duties.

　　Fast learner: to learn about orthodontics, dental anatomy, and software.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　Customer oriented.

　　Competency-based curriculum.

　　Excellent time management skills.

　　Ability to be receptive to constructive feedback.

　　Ability to learn from mistakes.

　　Previous experience in Customer Care centers is a plus (not mandatory)

　　Experience in dental aligner industry, orthodontics and/ or Clear aligners is a plus (not mandatory).
