　　Digital Dealer Sr. Coordinator

　　Do you have an eye for detail and would enjoy working behind the scenes in a fast paced Auto Finance Division? Speed, accuracy, and finesse can help boost your performance as a Digital Funding Specialist. The Digital Funding Specialist in the Auto Finance Division provides support to both operations and sales. You will work through a blend of Proof of Income Stipulations/Tasks, offer phone support from "Digital Dealers, and handle overflow tasks from the Assistant Relationship Managers. Expect to work in a fun, fast paced environment, where monthly goals are recognized and encouraged.

　　A likely match for this position is an energetic and fun individual who is an effective communicator, strong multitasker, attention to detail, process orientated and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This non-exempt role requires the flexibility to work a schedule that can include nights and weekends.

　　General Responsibilities:

　　Executing and Receiving inbound calls and required outbound calls to Digital DealersReviewing and completing steps/tasks that overflow from traditional ARM PodsSupporting "Digital Dealers" that do not require Relationship manager assistance, but do require funding expertiseWork together with Centralized Team Members to provide Brand Defining White Glove Service in support of our Digital Products

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 6 months of Customer Service experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate's Degree1+ year of Automotive Funding experience1+ year of Customer Service experience
