　　We are seeking a mission-driven professional with a Secret Clearance, Security + Certificate and 3-years of experience as a VTC Technician for the federal government to become our next Mid-Level VTC Technician in Rome, NY

　　As a Video Teleconferencing Technician, Mid-Level you will:

　　Operate and maintain Video Teleconferencing Component Systems (VTC) and Audio Visual (A/V) suites.

　　Provide installation and technical support, and training for all Audio and Video Teleconference systems.

　　A week in the life of a Video Teleconferencing Technician, Mid-Level:

　　Install, pull wiring, terminate and test all ATC equipment, cables, connectors, and interfaces. Installs projections screens, plasma TVs and different types of speakers.

　　Read blueprints and wire ATC racks.

　　Provide technical support to users experiencing problems with the operation or maintenance of systems.

　　Install and maintain VTC hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability and integration with conferees at other global locations.

　　Provide client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the VTC or A/V equipment.

　　Provide daily management of site VTC and Conference Room systems such as scheduling VTC with external sites, configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences.

　　Perform video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server.

　　Troubleshoot all VTC hardware and software issues and outages.

　　Provide weekly tracking and reporting on all projects and bridge activity, outages, number of VTCs, and other pertinent information deemed necessary.

　　Job Requirements

　　Secret security clearance required

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience as a VTC Technician

　　High School Diploma Required
