JOB REQUIREMENTS: A. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. On a daily basis, completesassigned cleaning duties. Cleans and sanitizes work tables, equipment,dishwasher, dining room tables, chairs, sinks, floor, coolers and otherdietary equipment, as assigned. Empties garbage, cleans garbage cans andtakes dirty laundry, as assigned. 2. Unloads trays, runs dishwasher,hand-washes dishes prior to sanitizing in dishwasher and puts cleandishes away, as assigned. Records dishwasher temperatures. 3. Accuratelyportions food according to instructions on diet sheets and menus. 4. Usescoops and tongs for dishing up food. 5. Accurately sets up cold servingline, beverages, trays, and family style items, as assigned. 6. Assistsin the preparation of food. Cleans, dices and cuts fruits and vegetablesas needed. 7. Prepares snacks and nourishments, as assigned. 8. Allmealtime deadlines will be met and other assigned work shall becompleted unless rescinded and rescheduled by the Food ServicesSupervisor or Cook. 9. Responsible to know and practice the safetypolicies of the County. Perform all job tasks in a safe and prescribedmanner.
