TheDevOps Sales and Partnership Managerwill be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by leveraging their deep expertise in DevSecOps and effectively communicating our solutions to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevSecOps, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet established sales targets.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various channels, including referrals, and networking.Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to educate potential clients on the value and benefits of our DevSecOps solutions.Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and marketing collateral.Provide accurate sales forecasting.Perform other duties as assigned or required.Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling DevSecOps solutions or related technology products/services is required.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, processes, and tools, including but not limited to CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code, and security automation is required.Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is required.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the government technology industry and a solid understanding of common digital and security challenges faced by organizations in their DevSecOps lifecycle is required.Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and decision-makers is required.Knowledge about the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) is required.DoD Security Clearance is preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving skills.Key Position Details:
