　　Roles & Responsibilities:

　　Design Engineering, Control system integration and monitoring solutions for gas turbine package incl. Generators, AVRs/Excitation systems and HV / MV Switchgears.

　　Preparation of Technical specification for Generator and HV / MV switchgears.

　　Preparation of Protection relay setting and relay co-ordination calculations.

　　Design calculation for NGR and NGT grounding system.

　　Selection of Lighting arrestors and surge capacitors.

　　Electrical Protection System design, implementation, testing and support.

　　Vender document review and updating circuit diagram using COMOS tool.

　　Grid Code Compliance testing and reporting.

　　Equipment lifecycle management, including safety systems.

　　Fiscal Electricity Metering within integration to Energy Management Systems.

　　Fault investigation and root cause analysis.

　　Parameterization and operating all SIPROTEC devices using DIGSI tool.

　　Required Skills (Technical Competency):

　　Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 to 10 year’s experience.

　　Expertise in Design and Engineering of Industrial Plant HV / MV Switchgears and distribution networks.

　　Experience in Protection relay setting calculation, installation, and testing.

　　Network modelling, protection coordination, short circuit calculations for High Voltage electrical design, MV Distribution Board design.

　　HV / MV Generator Controls, AVR upgrade and integration.

　　Familiar with Grid Synchronization methods and Grid code compliance.

　　Cable sizing, volt drop, earth fault loop impedance calculations.

　　Knowledge on Generator cooling methods and Earthing System design.

　　Electrical installation inspections and fault root cause analysis.

　　COMOS and DIGSI5 tool knowledge is added advantage.
