　　Job Summary

　　A Developer Specialist Full Stack Web and Java Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of clients and users. Often the assignment is ambiguous where using their talents and skills they define a path for others to follow. They are expected to have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Java programming language. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team to develop software solutions that meet business requirements. Some of the key responsibilities of a Developer Specialist Full Stack Web and Java Software Engineer include:

　　●Designing and developing web applications using Java programming language

　　●Familiar with Docker and Containerization

　　●PAAS - Cloud Foundry / OpenShift

　　●Experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD)

　　●Developing front-end website architecture using React Framework

　　●Designing user interactions on web pages

　　●Developing back-end website applications

　　●Creating servers and databases for functionality Azure SQL or Cosmos DB

　　●Ensuring responsiveness of applications

　　●Working alongside graphic designers for web design features

　　●Seeing through a feature from conception to finished product

　　●Designing and developing APIs

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology experience OR 9 years Information Technology experience.

　　Possess ability to sit and perform computer entry for entire work shift, as required.

　　Possess ability to manage workload, manage mutliple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicable.

　　Experience in traditional app languages ( COBOL / Perl / C+).

　　Experience in scripting languages (BASH / PERL / PYTHON / RUBY).

　　Experience in application / product feature design.

　　Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).

　　Experience in mobile technologies (HP Anywhere / iOS / Android / Java / HTML5).

　　Experience in service oriented architecture (SOA).

　　Experience in web technologies (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHP/Ruby/C#).

　　Experience in cloud computing technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS).

　　Experience in application configuration.

　　Rapid prototyping.

　　SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development).

　　System performance management.

　　Systems change / configuration management.

　　Business requirements management.

　　Problem solving /analytical thinking.

　　Creative thinking.

　　Ability to execute.

　　Travel availability up to 20%.

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
