About Desktop Technician- PCR

  Our client, an organization that provides services to residents, is seeking an PCR Technician to join their team. As an PCR Technician , you will be responsible for performing technical software, hardware support and use in response to customer request. The ideal candidate will have experience in deployment of software/hardware upgrades and fixes, hands on with new deployment, and break fix.

  Job Title: PCR Technician

  Location: San Antonio

  Pay: $21

  USC or Permanent Residents only – No C2C or Sponsorships provided

  Key Responsibilities

  Responds to Tier II support requests via multiple sources such a phone, email, Microsoft Teams

  Assists in the deployment of new computers as it relates to PC replacement program, software/hardware upgrades and fixes

  Installation and re-imaging of desktops and laptops

  Documents incident/problem status and resolution in tracking log

  Requirements

  Break Fix

  Hands on experience with new computer deployments and backup/restore Windows user profiles

  Working knowledge of Dell/Apple hardware to include desktops/laptops with docks supporting single and multiple display configurations

  Responds to Tier II support requests via multiple sources such a phone, email, Microsoft Teams
