　　Desktop Technician

　　This is a full-time, hourly position on UCHealth's Desktop Support team based at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland CO. This is an on-site position. Some local travel may be required. Provides tier 1 and tier 2 operational support for desktop computing devices through deployment, repair, replacement, consultation and monitoring.

　　Job Duties

　　+ + Responds to support requests in tracking system.

　　Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response. Diagnoses, resolves and closes desktop computing issues according to service level guidelines.

　　Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.

　　Documents and reports customer inquiries regarding new/different functionality.

　　Provides end-user desktop computing training.

　　Requirements

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　3 years of relevant experience

　　Preferred

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

　　Desktop Support experience in a large-scale healthcare environment

　　The pay range for this position is: $26.41 - $39.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
