Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our users and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory, printer configurations, and desktop deployments. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration and user management. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting printers and other peripheral devices. Experience with desktop deployments, imaging, and software installations. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems. Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service orientation and a detail oriented demeanor. Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT detail oriented (MCITP) is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
