　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team for an MSP client. The selected candidate will be the initial point of contact for end-user support requests and will address issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network connections. This role suits someone technically proficient and excels at customer communication and problem-solving. This is a traveling position. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and comfortable traveling different client locations each day. Client sites are around Greater Boston

　　Responsibilities:

　　Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment.

　　Troubleshooting technical issues and providing prompt customer service.

　　Ensuring optimal software and hardware performance on end-user devices.

　　Setting up new equipment and software for users.

　　Escalating complex issues to the appropriate senior IT support member.

　　Maintaining detailed records of user requests, software and hardware inventory, system issues, and recovery activities.

　　Educating users on system functionality and best practices.

　　Requirements

　　A degree or certification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

　　Proven experience as an IT Field Support or similar role in a MSP environment.

　　Strong knowledge of IT systems, network connections and modern tech devices.

　　Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

　　Exceptional customer service skills, communication skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to manage multiple service requests while meeting tight deadlines.
