Support all DHE Group commercial teams to provide complex advice in relation to the post holder’s area of legal expertise, including but not limited to commercial, corporate, litigation, leisure & entertainment, development and IP. The post holder may be asked to provide advice in relation to labor law issues and real estate (both sales and leasing) and or transactional matters from time to time.

　　Job Overview:

　　Here's your chance to step into the role of Solution Architect at Dubai Holding Entertainment . In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

　　The Solution Architect is responsible for the solution design and architecture of project streams. This will include product evaluation via the RFP process, capability-based technology assessment/recommendation, creating architectural artefacts (Outline Solution Design, High Level Design, Key Design Decision) and the governance thereof for products/projects and application of principles, policies, patterns and standards to products and projects.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Be the “trusted advisor” to the business in all matters of technology within the domain

　　Define, develop, deliver, and operate a portfolio analysis process for the Dubai Holding vertical, covering the AS-IS, TO-BE and domain architectural assessments which are used to guide and support the business in their technology investment decisions

　　Keep updated collateral within the architecture tooling with all detailed information on the architecture for the vertical

　　Follow all relevant IT policies, processes, and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

　　Implement activities under minimal supervision

　　Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely a manner

　　Undertake architectural design activities across all areas of the solution (Business, Data, Application, Technology) on projects of significant scope, working alongside other architects, business analysts, project/product managers and engineering teams/development partners

　　Ensure appropriate and timely escalation of key architecture & design decision conflicts

　　Evaluate 3rd party solutions, perform detailed technical assessments and advise business on strategic/technical fit into the as-is enterprise architecture

　　Collaborate with and, where required, instruct 3rd party development partners and resource on low level technical design and delivery of an IT solution

　　Partner with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technology solutions & strategic direction

　　Ensure solution design complies with the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture

　　Partner with other solution architects to provide a consensus based scalable and adaptable architectural solution including peer review of solution architecture deliverables (Architect Review Board)

　　Present and evaluate high level project architecture & artefacts at a technology governance forum (Enterprise Design Authority) to ensure business and technology strategic fit

　　Run Design Authority sessions, both project- and enterprise-based, in collaboration with other solution architects, evaluate proposed designs against established standards and architecture framework

　　Identify opportunities for innovation and support the development of the Dubai Holding technology strategy

　　Participate in relevant team, project and community activities as and when necessary

　　About you:

　　The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

　　Undergraduate/Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Computing, Engineering or Mathematics

　　4 years’ experience working in technology related environments as a Solution/Domain Architect
