Description

　　Robert Half is scouting out talented Desktop Support Technicians who can relay difficult technical information to non-technical users in an easily understandable and concise format for a company in the High Tech - Pharm/Biotech industry. If you are an articulate problem solver who loves to work in a challenging and positive environment, this may be the Desktop Support Technician role for you. This Desktop Support Analyst role is a long-term contract / contract to permanent opportunity based in the Westmont, Illinois, area.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

　　Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

　　Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions

　　Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Requirements - Microsoft Office 365 experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Customer experience

　　Proven knowledge of Organizational planning

　　Strong familiarity with Video Audio

　　Expertise in Azure Active Directory

　　Experience with Organizational management
