　　Summary:

　　The Engineer is responsible for design, installation and support of solutions for BayCare Health System.

　　Should be familiar with PowerShell scripting and Endpoint Administration Configuration.

　　Engineer must possess an in-depth knowledge of technologies and have the ability to articulate the benefits of the technology and relate them to the customer's business needs.

　　Responsible for being the technical lead and escalation point for implementing and maintaining all aspects of technology.

　　This includes daily support incidents, troubleshooting issues, and training users.

　　Maintains technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, selecting or developing systems.

　　Prepares and ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions, asset databases, and issue tracking.

　　Provides regular monitoring and analysis regarding short and long-range planning for in-house systems.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Required Experience - 1 year - Relevant experience with Bachelors; Or - 5 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.

　　Preferred:

　　Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop systems using SCCM, ensuring adherence to company standards and security protocols.

　　Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating desktop management tasks, software deployment, and system configurations.

　　Provide technical support for desktop-related issues, including hardware/software troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user assistance.

　　Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.

　　Manage software distribution, patch management, and system updates through SCCM, ensuring timely and accurate deployments.

　　Monitor desktop systems for performance, security vulnerabilities, and compliance with industry standards.

　　Assist in the planning and execution of desktop migrations, upgrades, and technology refresh projects.

　　Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles related to desktop engineering processes.

　　Stay current with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in desktop engineering, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting.

　　Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during off-hours as needed.

　　Proven experience in desktop engineering/administration roles, with a focus on SCCM and PowerShell scripting.

　　Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11), Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts.

　　Experience deploying and managing desktop applications, software updates, and patches using SCCM.

　　Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.

　　Familiarity with endpoint security solutions, antivirus software, and encryption technologies.

　　Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

　　Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.

　　Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are a plus.

　　Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
