Desktop & Depot Support Entry Level Tech - Onsite

　　Opportunity:

　　Virtual Service Operations is searching for many Entry Level Technicians for our global client’s Desktop & Depot Support team. Though some prior IT experience would be wonderful, no experience is required. You will be trained in the exact tasks and have opportunities to further expand your IT skillsets. Locations are throughout CONUS and onsite presence is required. In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as:

　　Provide Workstation Software Break Fix support

　　IMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and Changes

　　Image Loads

　　Asset Recovery

　　Asset tagging

　　Printer Support

　　Client Center (Tech Bar) Support

　　IT Service Management Updates

　　Other Client Support needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction

　　Qualifications:

　　No previous working experience in Desktop Support required; training will be provided for all entry-level new hires.Preferred Qualifications:

　　Knowledge of PC Imaging

　　Expertise in Inventory Control

　　Experience with change management and incident management

　　Experience with using tools such as: ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe
