We are seeking a high-energy, driven, Design Sales Consultant to join our high-performance interior design team in Westborough, MA. 

　　As an Design Sales Consultant you will design high-end custom window treatments for our clients working with products ranging from shutters, shades and draperies. 

　　What You Do Best:

　　You will work with clients in their homes to gain a deep understanding of their custom window-covering visions and bring them to life. During your in-home consultation you will educate the client on why we are the best choice and guide them to make the best decisions for their homes and lifestyle.

　　Two options for compensation - Base plus commission or 100% Commission

　　Monday - Friday schedule, 9am - 5pm

　　True Earning Potential:

　　Annual salary: $65k - $75k in the first year, $75k+ in the second year

　　Compensation (two options):  Base + commission or 100% commission

　　Commission: 10% - 15% with an additional 2% on all projects after attaining the sales goal

　　Your Day:

　　Own the relationship with the client during your in-home sales consultation

　　Exhibit product expertise and the ability to advise clients on all parts of their design needs

　　Utilize a vast array of fabrics and textiles to create one-of-a-kind custom window treatment designs

　　Drive sales through your impeccable presentations and product knowledge

　　Provide estimates and go over timelines with client to build trust and project understanding

　　Follow-up with clients after installation to build relationships and repeat business

　　Your Background:

　　3+ years of a successful interior design background in sales 

　　You have community connections as part of your design network or have lived in the area for a long period of time

　　You are COMMITTED to the luxury interior design industry

　　You are skilled at MANAGING client expectations
