Potential To Move to a Hybrid/Remote Schedule

　　Description:

　　Review incoming warranty claims data on a daily basis, review customer and dealership comments, bin claims into proper binning categories, contact dealership/s for parts and repair diagnoses, participate in customer call back to ensure proper understanding of customer feedback

　　Review returned parts for root cause analyses and develop Interim Containment and Permanent Corrective Actions

　　Support assembly plant with Stop Ships/Stop Builds, Campaigns, Audits, Root Cause Analyses and other Quality related tasks

　　Lead engineering commodity changes for future minor product launches and lead cost reduction actions in current production vehicles.

　　Support Variability Reduction Team (VRT) for specific sub-systems and work closely with Supplier partners to address quality concerns

　　Maintain sub-system or Vehicle Functional Group (VFG) level Quality documents (SAQ, Top 20 concerns) to various levels of upper management

　　-Please note this position is in Body Interior Variability Reduction Team (VRT). Body Interior/Exterior experience is preferred.
