Drive defined Procurement strategies to achieve the business objectives of cost, delivery and quality

　　Support the evaluation and selection of new suppliers, development of existing suppliers, and overall supplier management

　　Competitive negotiations to drive deflation in region with the supplier base. Manage supplier contracts, supply agreements, and /or e-auctions with preferred suppliers in the region to ensure that market trends, supplier performance, and future business needs are aligned

　　Monitor, forecast, and develop strategies to capitalize on macroeconomic and industry trends impacting the assigned commodity and business in region to minimize total material costs, ensure material availability, capacity, and quality

　　Cost reduction strategies to be identified and implemented in timely manner

　　Collaborate with supporting functions (engineering, quality, and regional teams) to achieve plan

　　Drive strategic initiatives on supplier rationalization, single source dependency reduction and continuous improvement of SCM process

　　Having experience of handling Global requirements from India is desirable especially Compressor categories

　　Should be capable of handling the team and good team player

　　Well versed with advanced procurement & Inventory management techniques

　　Should have strong knowledge and working experience on entire procurement cycle

　　Should have working experience of Import and Export processes
