Summary:
The Deputy Case Manager will have a pivotal role in supporting and delivering the acquisition, development, support, and delivery for a government customer. This position supports International Programs assigned to the Multi-Mission Helicopters Program Office under the Program Executive Officer for Air, ASW, Assault and Special Mission Programs (PEO(A)).
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must display a high level of leadership and interpersonal skills. The Australia MH-60R program is well established and supports a total of 36 MH-60R aircraft across sustainment and new aircraft production activity.
This dynamic program is closely aligned with USN MH-60R sustainment efforts and is executing complex Through Life Support contracts providing comprehensive in-country support.
The case management team is additionally responsible for a recently signed acquisition case for the procurement of thirteen additional MH-60R aircraft with deliveries beginning in 2025.
Other Duties:
Acquisition Support:
Assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of acquisition projects.
Work closely with program managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Navy's strategic goals.
Budgeting:
Oversee and manage budget allocations, projections, and reports.
Coordinate with financial teams to ensure accurate and timely budget utilization and adjustments when needed.
Case Management:
Aid in the development, management, and execution of FMS cases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to stipulated terms.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders on case details, updates, and modifications.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on case progress, budgeting, and other relevant metrics.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the analysis of data.
Collaboration:
Work in close coordination with internal departments and external partners, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure adherence to U.S. regulations and standards in all transactions.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations dealing with foreign governments.
Minimum Qualifications:
(3) Three years’ relevant experience supporting Case Management, or related FMS program
Experience with drafting, reviewing, and tracking Production and acquisition documentation
Relevant technical experience in program management, financial planning, and analysis
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
Prior experience supporting a government contract, especially within the defense sector
Solid skills with Microsoft: SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Initiative-taking individual with analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
