Job Purpose and Scope:
Responsible for providing daily retail support for deposit operationfunctions. Assist current and future retail staff in performing theirresponsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to Bankpolicy and compliance.
Essential Job Functions:
Processes and verifies new and revised account documentation, accordingto bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Processes and verifies file maintenances.
Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation.
Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
Follow Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Preforms all other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to adapt well to change
Ability to adapt to repeated interruptions
Ability to respond to branch requests and demands professionally andpromptly
Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures
Ability to work extended hours if necessary

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer, includingMicrosoft Word and Excel, required.
