　　We are now looking for a Department Manager of CI to join SMEC (Siemens Manufacturing Engineering Center), responsible for customer interface team, which is based on core competence - manufacturing and testing, integrate internal and external resources to ensure business development.

　　Win order via good quality, on time delivery, competitive price, and excellent service to realize company financial targets and satisfy customers.

　　You’ll make an impact by:

　　Responsible for Offer Management to ensure business development to serve customer requirement and company requirement at both sides.负责业务开发管理，满足客户和公司共同要求。

　　Ensure order implementation and on time delivery together with internal teams。与公司内部团队确保订单执行和准时交付

　　Together with related functions, to ensure project /order cost control and management, claim management for project modification.与相关团队保证项目成本控制和管理，以及项目变更的索赔管理。

　　Driving productivity together with related functions to continuously improve cost competitive and process efficiency与相关部门协作持续改进成本竞争力和流程高效化

　　Interaction between own department and other departments of the company, to balance resources and to support others with knowledge, if necessary.促进本部门与公司其他部门间的合作，以均衡资源，互相支持。

　　Develop and coach team members, to ensure right talent pipeline and succession plan, set and monitor individual targets.发展和培训团队成员以保证恰当的人才渠道和继任者计划，设定并监督个人目标。

　　Responsible for implementation and continuous monitoring of general or department related QEHS requirements, based on the respective laws, regulations, and certified systems of the company.根据公司的相关法律、法规和认证体系，负责总的或部门相关QEHS要求的实施和持续监控

　　Your defining qualities:

　　• 5+ years working experience, 3+ years team management experience

　　5 年以上工作经验，3 年以上团队管理经验

　　• Good command of English or German.

　　精通英语或德语

　　• Professional knowledge on electrical related products, especially electric switchboard.

　　熟悉电气相关产品，特别是电气盘柜

　　• Customer orientation and strategic view to lead team for business development
