The dentist is responsible forproviding and ensuring the provision of preventative and restorativedental care that is consistent with accepted professional standards.What do you need to qualify? DDS degree from an accredited college oruniversity Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin DEA registrationIt is mandatory that all employees, employed providers and volunteersare vaccinated.
