　　Demonstrates knowledge of efficient and thorough cleaning processesCan operate equipment used in cleaning and maintaining a buildingCompletes minor repairs under the direction of the Head of MaintenanceIs capable of lifting a minimum of a 60-pound object, use a two-person lift, other appropriate techniques or equipment when lifting heavier objects.**[TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: [260 days; hours determined by Board of Managers. All other working terms and conditions of employment are established by the Board of Managers.

　　Carry out daily cleaning tasks as assigned```{=html}

　　```- Carry out scheduled non-routine tasks such as stripping and waxing floors

　　Complete snow removal and cut grass on as needed basisMaintain pools and grounds as requiredComplete minor repairs of equipment, furniture, etc., as directed by the Head of[Maintenance[C.Personnel Related:]{arial=""}]{arial=""}

　　Notify the Head of Maintenance, Dean of Students, or Assistant Director of any equipment[failures or emergencies that will disrupt the smooth operation of the school and/or office]{arial=""}

　　Notify the Head of Maintenance of any custodial personnel concernsMaintain appropriate interactions between the general staff and the custodial staff[D.Technology Related:]{arial=""}

　　Use the custodial computer to retrieve messages sent through the computer network and[voicemail[E.Miscellaneous:]{arial=""}]{arial=""}

　　Complete specific requests for cleaning as neededComplete emergency requests in a timely mannerComplete set-up for staff meetings as requested and scheduledFollow all safety procedures and precautions as requiredAccept extra duty assignments beyond the regular work schedule when the building is[being utilized after school hours in accordance with section 2.8 of this Handbook]{arial=""}
