　　Our office is a fast-paced practice who is looking for an experienced professional with exceptional work ethics, and high morals and values. We are seeking the ideal candidate with knowledge in PPO, HMO and Medicaid insurances, and fluent with Dentrix software. Dental treatment coordinators use everyday language to explain necessary treatment options to patients. They utilize problem solving skills to help determine and solve patient barriers, as well as having the ability to offer financial options that best fits the patient's needs.

　　Tasks include but are not limited to:

　　Assist with answering phones and patient needs

　　Recall patients to fill Doctor's schedules

　　Present and organize dental treatment for patients

　　Offer financial options to accommodate patient financial needs

　　Review and audit patent ledgers and charts

　　Coordinate schedule for patient treatment
