Order Fulfillment Associate

　　Responsibilities:Create, manage, and process all services-only sales orders for the Client Account Management team.Provide budgetary information on services-only sales orders.Processes requests for proforma and invoice history.Creates investment summaries for change orders for in-flight projects on an as-needed basis for the Project Management Office.Update CRM and Totango customer information on an as-needed basis.Provide support to Client Account Management team on an as-needed basis.Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalent work experience.Little to no travel is required.Must possess general computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to self-start and maintain a high response level.Must be able to work as a team with other team members.Strong organizational skills including skills with attention to detail, planning, and prioritization of workload.LocationTroy, Michigan | RemoteTravel0-5%Great Place to Work & Grow Your CareerCome join us as we transform the public sector!
