Project Duration: 8 Months
Job Overview:
We are seeking entry-level and semi-skilled Construction Laborers for an 8-month demolition project in Warsaw, IN. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for dissembling/demolishing old machine equipment and fixtures.
Job Responsibilities:
Using hand tools and power tools to disassemble/demolish old manufacturing equipment
Operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts
Tools that’ll be used:
Impact Drill
Bandsaws
Jigsaws
Reciprocating saw
Angle grinder
Sledgehammer
Working from lifts to remove old ducts in the ceilings of the warehouse
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous residential/commercial construction laborer experience (demolition, concrete, etc.)
Knowledge of power tools and saws
Willing to meet physical requirements for walking inspection of improved and unimproved property, lifting and carrying equipment/mechanical components (up to 70 lbs. unassisted), hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks), operating, and working from man lifts, operating electric tools (drills, saws, jackhammer etc.), and providing services under varying weather conditions.

Shift: Mon-Sat 7 - 5
Physically demanding work/Repetitive lifting
Working from heights
Indoor work may not be climate-controlled
Safety guidelines and PPE required for dust, fumes, and noise
Proximity to workers/equipment and possible overtime/weekend work
PPE Requirements: Steel-toed boots and hard hat (company provided)
