　　The Retail Sales Team Member is responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties; greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information. Develop your ESSENTIAL SERVICE CAREER with VG Meats!

　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills

　　Stock and display merchandise

　　Track and maintain store and freezer inventory 

　　Regularly sanitize the work areas

　　Process payments

　　Develop product knowledge and stay current with promotional events and sales

　　Assist with picking and shipping wholesale customer orders 

　　Requirements/Qualifications:

　　Exceptional customer service skills (enthusiastic, friendly, energetic &  mature)

　　Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends

　　Ability to work independently and in a team environment

　　Attention to detail

　　Effective written and verbal communication skills

　　Basic math skills

　　Time management and problem-solving skills

　　Willingness to learn and/or possesses prior knowledge of meat cuts

　　Reliable transportation and attendance dependability

　　Physical demands: constant moving, talking and standing for at least two consecutive hours.

　　It May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
