　　Job title: Demand Planner

　　Location: Belgrade, Serbia (hybrid) Grade: 10

　　Position Summary:

　　This position will be responsible for supporting Demand Planning actions via data analysis, ensuring strong data backed processes and recommendations. Specific areas of focus are to include volume forecasting, portfolio segmentation and reporting.

　　Key Areas of Responsibility:

　　Assist with determining portfolio segmentation and forecasting methodologies, continuously seeking to improve forecast accuracy of demand plan.

　　Enhance the tools, data, and reporting used by the demand planning team.

　　Support the efforts to simplify and standardize the demand planning processes.

　　Drive best-practice sharing of common processes across HW operations, including data management and reporting.

　　Support other projects as required to achieve business objectives.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Experience in data analyzing.

　　Experience handling and analyzing large data sets

　　Strong analytical capability, with an ability to use data to drive improvement actions.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience with data analytics.

　　Experience with and working knowledge of Supply Chain systems.

　　Familiarity working with Tableau or Business Objects

　　Experience in a Six Sigma / Lean environment.

　　BA / BS Degree with experience in Supply Chain or Data Analytics - nice to have

　　Skill Requirements:

　　Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

　　Able to adapt to different cultures to ensure effective virtual collaboration

　　Work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

　　Organize, prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision

　　Summarize data analysis into actionable task, and for stakeholder consumption

　　Flexible approach to managing monthly workload peaks to ensure commitments are met recognizing different region time zones when working within a global team

　　Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel advanced functions and being able to manipulate large volumes of data quickly and summarize effectively
