About Demand Generation Marketing Manager (ABM)

  Datadog is looking for an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to strategize and execute Account Based Marketing campaigns. You will act as the bridge between sales and marketing delivering campaigns to capture the business of some of the most important and innovative brands in the world. Further, you will help define the reporting, measurement, and orchestration of these programs across all marketing channels and integrated campaigns.

  What You’ll Do:

  Create, optimize, and analyze end to end Account Based Marketing campaigns including physical and digital channels Create customized experiences using various digital channels including Linkedin, Display, Facebook, and more Create landing page content with our sales teams to provide customized value statements for accounts in market Help create and deliver physical account based marketing campaigns, ranging from event ideation to direct mail Promote our awesome in-house content to relevant audiences around the world Work with salespeople, field marketers and other members of the team to help Datadog grow in important sectors Take a deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel Who You Are: 

  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field) 4-6 years operating marketing lead/demand generation campaigns: webinars, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc. 1-2 years running ABM campaigns: highly targeted campaigns across multiple channels aimed at a small grouping of accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others Strong understanding of salespeople’s motivations and how to work with them Ability to analyze data and trends A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment Interested in working in a high-growth startup atmosphere Bonus Points:

  You have worked in sales before  You have created ABM campaigns from scratch You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space You’re a self-admitted technology nerd You have experience with Demandbase or similar ABM platforms Datadog values people from all walks of life.   The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Datadog ranges from $94,500.00 to $132,000.00, plus a competitive equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
