About Delivery Driver - Non-CDL

  POSITION SUMMARYU.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., bringstogether more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in thedistribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tireretailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

  This position performs daily delivery with a set route of stops. Responsiblefor providing outstanding customer service, loading and unloading vehiclesas needed, and collecting COD and cash orders at point of delivery.

  Schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:00am - 2:30pm, or until routecompleted (hours may vary based upon routes). Overtime as needed.

  QUALIFICATIONS21 years or older (mandatory company policy)Valid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to lift up to 80 poundsAbility to follow safe operating procedures1 years' work experience; driving experience preferableAbility to be trained and use forklifts and high reach lifts as neededWilling to work overtime as neededSuccessfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card perDOT/FMCSA guidelines and requirements during the hiring process.   Physical Demands and Work Environment:Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee isfrequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handleor feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climbstairs; balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk, hear,taste and/or smell; the employee must occasionally lift products weighingup to approximately 80 pounds. Handling of tires (e.g., rolling,destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 80 pounds. Specificvision abilities required by the job include close vision, distancevision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and theability to adProtective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safetyvest, harness, seatbelt, SRL (self-retracting lifeline). Allequipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel / composite toeboots.Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employeemay be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level inthe work environment is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires andoccasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent.
