　　Position Summary:The primary function of a delivery driver is to safely and efficiently operatea commercial motor vehicle in compliance with company policies along withFederal and State regulations and delivers all freight undamaged. Work as ateam player to deliver, load/unload materials while providing a worldclass customer service experience.

　　Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect truck/trailer for defects for safe operationSafely load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload productsat commercial and residential job sitesDeliver materials to assigned area as directed by the customer whileprioritizing personal safety and the safety of those around youMaintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulationsMust report all accidents involving driver or company equipmentStamina to lift heavy building materials up to 100+ lbs. for load/unloadExcellent customer service skills and professional attitudeOther Competencies:Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactiveCommunicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers andcustomersBasic Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMust have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)Minimum Class B License, Class A strongly preferredMust have a clear three (3) year Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Must have overall knowledge of Department of Transportation regulationsPhysical Demands:Must be able to remain in stationary position while driving commercial vehicle40%Must be able to lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs. for load/unloadConstantly, moving from unloading materials from commercial motor vehicleonto job siteConstantly, operates commercial motor vehicle and/or boom vehicleConstantly, positions self to unload materials from flatbed or boomMust be able to judge distance while delivering materials and/or operatingboomFrequently moves materials weighing up to 80lbs while unloading flatbedMust be able to communicate with management and coworkers and be able toexchange accurate information in these situations.Constantly working in outside environment while making deliveriesMental Demands:Must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlinesMust be able to manage stress depending on customer's deadlineMust be able to multitaskMust be able to receive information and directionsMust be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occurMust be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgementCompany Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance401kPaid holidays & vacation daysEstimated Compensation Range: $25.00-30.00/hr** This pay range is a reasonable estimate made in good faith of the possiblecompensation at the time of the posting of this position.
