About Deli Lead

　　Be in charge of entire department. Need to be organized, common sense, understand numbers and math, be able to use electronics, speak, read and write english.Must be over 18 and need some type of grocery/deli experience.Be willing to listen to instructions, follow instructions, check dates, rotate, order. MUST stay up on these to create a successful department.Interact with customers, learn what customers want. Work well with others but be able to work by yourself.Be able to handle and cope with cold environment, be able to lift 30-40 pounds.Early morning shifts, some days will 730 am - some may be 5 am. Depending on loads and what is going on at the store. Random weekends.
