  Who We NeedSabel Systems requires a Defense Security Cooperation International EngagementAnalyst to support the design and implementation of assessment,monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) for security cooperation programsand activities. This position will develop and implement security cooperationprograms by working across DoD and with key interagency and state partners,the broader security cooperation community, stakeholders, and interestgroups. The Analyst will participate with OSD Policy and DSCA in developing,supporting, and progressing security cooperation programs, activities,and initiatives; support program management, planning, logistics andadministrative requirements, and interagency coordination in the field. TheAnalyst will quickly research, analyze, and compile packages in responseto urgent requirements; analyze and identify trends, emerging issues,and future program planning, budgeting, and implementation requirements.Services provided under this position will be performed in Colorado Springs,CO

Provide DoDreporting, accountability, and executive supportQuickly research, analyze, and compile packages in response to urgentrequirementsAnalyze and identify trends, emerging issues, and future programplanning, budgeting, and implementation requirementsAssist in initiative design and validation leveraging need and gapassessments, analytical models and tools, and strategic reviewsAssist in analysis and evaluation of current business practices to facilitatechange managementProvide meeting and administrative support including preparing agendas,gathering presentations, sending invitations, publishing summaries, andother administrative supportConduct data research and analysis and produce custom data products, datatracking procedures, and visualizations as requiredPropose methodologies and performance metrics to measure effectiveness,outcomes, progress, and alignment of strategic initiativesDesign, develop, and deploy standard methodologies, templates, andtraining aids to support the development of new agency initiatives, asrequiredIntegrate inputs from initiative managers to generate status reports andconsolidate in recurring reports for leadershipGenerate information products and materials for use by senior DoDleadership, as directedProvide event and senior leader engagement support, as directedAll other duties as assignedOther duti s as assignedYour QualificationsActive Secret ClearanceBachelors' degree from accredited universityMinimum 5 years of experience with security cooperation programs andprocedures (Program Analyst)Ability to interface with senior level managementAbility to multi-task in a demanding, high energy environmentStrong Organizational and Customer Service SkillsPossess experience and a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MSPowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to follow security protocols to protect sensitive dataU.S. Citizen
