　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Guarantee an excellent onboard experience through extensive guest interaction

　　Must be comfortable with public speaking since we provide a narrated tour

　　Rig and handle mooring lines

　　Secure vessel for safe underway operations

　　Conduct daily walk-through of vessel using check-off sheet as directed

　　Maintain vessel cleanliness in all areas to meet high sanitary conditions by performing daily wash down, vacuuming, and general cleaning

　　Vessel servicing tasks to ensure safe and clean operations

　　Load and unload stores and supplies

　　Sell tickets and concessions

　　Assist passengers with loading, unloading, and handling of baggage

　　Assist captain in the maintenance of required log data, if applicable

　　Perform emergency/contingency functions as directed by Captain

　　Perform other duties as assigned by Captain or management

　　Qualifications

　　Ability to handle cash and perform credit card and check transactions

　　Must be able to read, write, and converse in the English language

　　Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by taxi schedule or as directed by management

　　Must be able to serve alcohol under state law

　　Desirable skills, education, and experience

　　Good interpersonal skills

　　A neat and clean appearance

　　Possession of a valid drivers license

　　Previous experience on passenger vessel

　　High school diploma or equivalency
