　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience in higher education, counseling, advising, or a student related area required 3-5 relevant experience

　　Who you are

　　A dedication and commitment to the mission of HCZ Promise Academy Knowledge of student development and student learning theories Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision Ability to manage multiple tasks; ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

　　What you will do

　　Organization and implementation of school-wide initiatives and events Research, recommend, develop, and implement new initiatives that strengthen student success Communicate with and to the students on their level Compiling and maintaining data in support of special projects Provide orientation for new students and make them familiar with behavioral norms, other stuffs and faculties Provide necessary counseling to children, especially when they are in need for become familiar with various School rules and regulations Motive students to participate in various social and cultural activities run by the school Perform other duties as assigned Reports to the Operations Director

　　Schedule Monday - Friday, work hours 7:30am - 4:00pm
