About Dealership Administrator

  Dealership:L0622 Northeast Finance Center

  Dealership Admin

  Under close supervision, the Dealership Admin performs a variety of administrative tasks for the purpose of supporting financial processing and control efforts.

  This role reports to the Business Manager.

  Responsibilities

  Checks in Titles – Receives (in Mail), documents receipt in internal data warehouse, distributes title documentation

  Assists with preparation of paperwork of sales transactions

  Routes invoices for processing

  Performs ad-hoc reviews of misc. documents for accuracy

  Other projects as assigned

  Skills and Qualifications

  Ability to prioritize work

  General familiarity with using office equipment

  General familiarity with using MS Office Suite

  General knowledge of using computers

  Prior office experience preferred, but not required
