Responsibilities: Review photos, videos, and text-based contents and classify/label/annotate according to Client provided Guidelines. The analyst will also be responsible to fulfill the base metrices for efficiency (AHT [Decision, Skip, Transfer, No Handle], Job Count, Activity Code Compliance, Occupancy) and effectiveness (Quality, Consistency) that is used to measure accuracy of action. • Become and remain knowledgeable about the Client's products and where applicable, community standards. • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the platform's community. • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy • Review Filipino and Tausug contents within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality. • Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggest solutions or recommendations. • Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues that may affect delivery of work in a timely manner to management. • Translate Tausug language contents upon client requests to Filipino or English. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Fluency in both written and spoken Tausug is essential. • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy • Familiar and/or proficient in using social media applications (E.g., Instagram, Facebook, etc.) • Passionate about the Internet and has high level of proficiency in utilizing search engines such as Google and Bing • Has good attention to detail and able to work analytically within a problem-solving environment. • High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situations regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported by the Analyst, which is critical for nuanced labeling decisions. • Able to adapt to continuous change. • Flexible in cyclical work schedule • Rosetta Stone Language Proficiency Score of B2 or better * Fresh grads – minimum completed 4-year College Course * With Minimum 18 months BPO/Call Center experience – minimum is Senior High School Graduate (K-12 Track) or completed 2nd year College course (non-K-12 Track)
