We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So, we're searching for a Business Development Manager with a track record of hunting, driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms and event halls.

　　A little taste of your day-to-day

　　A hunter mentality for driving and closing sales.

　　Manage daily sales activities.

　　Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business.

　　Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence.

　　Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　What we need from you

　　Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related fields, with 2 to 3 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

　　Demonstrates ability to interact with clients, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

　　Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and drive to succeed.
