　　Position Summary: 

　　An entry level position responsible for assisting the Senior Supervisor/Coordinator/Instructor/Program Specialist in carrying out program activities, observing and reporting performance of clients in a variety of situations, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

　　*This full-time position works a Monday through Friday schedule of 8am to 4pm with weekends off! *

　　QUALIFICATIONS: 

　　Required:

　　Associate's degree OR 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities.  Possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania. Obtain and maintain certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI).

　　Preferred:

　　Master's degree and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with disabilitiesBachelor's degree and 2 years of working directly with persons with disabilitiesAssociation of Community Rehabilitation Educators Certificate (ACRE)Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP)Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
