Job Overview
The Patient Access Quality Assurance position will be responsible forcompleting monthly Quality Assurance to ensure that all assigned departmentteam members meet all pre-determined metrics. The position will partner withvarious departments and leaders to ensure that opportunities and trends foundduring their Quality process is communicated and trained. The Patient AccessQuality Assurance Representative must maintain full knowledge of the businessprocess, operational workflows, and state regulations. This position willcollaborate with the front line management team to implement success actionplans to improve the overall quality metrics and provide excellent customerservice.

Qualifications
EDUCATION - High School Diploma or equivalent.EXPERIENCE - Two years of administrative and customer service experience.EQUIVALENCY - A relevant associate or bachelor degree may substitute for therequired experience on a year for year basis.

POPULATION SPECIFIC CARENo direct patient careESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAn employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of thefollowing essential functions.Completes monthly Quality Reviews for Team Members. Complete QA on designatedinterval determined by leader for each team member and updatedashboard/scorecard on findings per month.Aligns with leaders on new hire onboarding and Quality Reviews for the first90 days.Monitors both outbound / Inbound calls for various call centers.Identifies trends and opportunities to ensure appropriate follow up isrendered. The Trends will be found during the manual review of each accountper user.Identifies trends for educational purposes and collaborates with PatientAccess Leadership and TrainersPartners and reports trends and training opportunities to team leaders.Supports leadership and develops best practices to resolve deficiencies inworkflow. Supports changes that will con ribute to quality improvements.Performs other duties as assigned.
