　　We are looking for an energetic and results driven Day of Work Specialist at a large manufacturing facility in Princeton, IN. This position will support and monitor candidates during a simulated day of work activity and perform interviews for employment in a production environment.Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative team!

　　Supporting candidates who are coming in to perform the work simulation activitiesinstruction, coaching, and monitoring activitiesInterviewing candidatesSmall group instructional activitiesCompleting the day of work activitiesInterpreting and tracking file data; schedulingFollowing established operational policies and proceduresThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.
