Position Summary: The Day Center Services ProgramAssistant aids the operation of the Aurora Day Services to assure thedelivery of timely, consistent, and quality day services.Duties/Responsibilities: -Seek out opportunities for community/socialintegration -Help consumers plan and prepare their choices of fun eventsand outings -Assisting with self care- -Medication Administration -MealPreparation/Planning -Transportation of consumers -Follow individualservice plans -Other duties as assigned EssentialFunctions/Requirements: -18 years of age -Acceptable BackgroundCharacter Verification -Valid drivers license and acceptable drivingrecord for consumer transport -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
